Tomato & Basil

STIR-IN SAUCE


Full of flavour and so versatile. Great on its own with a few low FODMAP added veggies, as well as with chicken, mince or prawns!

For a delicious low FODMAP spaghetti bolonese for 2 in under 10 mins, fry some lean mince and cook 150-200g of gluten free pasta. Drain the pasta and then add the mince, pasta and sauce into one pan to heat. Stir for couple of minutes and serve with a sprinkle of parmesan!

Pancetta Carbonara

STIR-IN SAUCE


This Carbonara stir-in sauce is so creamy and full of flavour, yet it’s low FODMAP! I bet that’s music to your ears! The sauce is beautiful on its own with spaghetti, but you can always add extra pancetta or chicken to this dish if you wish!

For a creamy lactose free Carbonara for 2 in 10 mins, simply cook 150-200g of gluten free spaghetti, drain and return to the pan. Stir-in the Carbonara sauce and heat for a couple of minutes.

Jalfrezi Curry

STIR-IN SAUCE


Are you a big lover of curries? This was one of the dishes I missed most when I started the low FODMAP diet, so we have created a rich, medium spicy Jalfrezi sauce for you to get your curry kick!

This sauce is so similar to a regular Jalfrezi, yet with no onions, garlic or any of those other trigger ingredients. Just add chicken, beef, prawns, tofu or chunky low FODMAP vegetables to create the perfect curry. Don’t forget the rice!

This Sweet & Sour sauce is a great low FODMAP alternative for the classic Chinese dish. It’s got all the flavour and none of those pesky high FODMAPs. The sauce works great with chicken, pork and my personal favourite – butterfly king prawns.
