Kellogg’s have launched the first FODMAP Friendly certified cereal!

Kellogg’s Rice Bubbles are the first cereal which has been certified as FODMAP Friendly! Currently available in Australia, but we really hope they will be available worldwide soon! Perfect for children, (and us adults who still enjoy kids cereal!) who have IBS and need to follow a Low FODMAP Diet.

Evidence suggests fructans, which are a type of sugar chain found in wheat, barley and rye, as well as onions, garlic, chickpeas, cabbage, and artichokes are actually what many are intolerant to – not gluten.
