Method
Marinate hake in Bay’s Kitchen Tikka Masala Stir-in Sauce overnight or for a few hours.
Put in baking tray, season and cook at 180°C / 160°C for 10-15 minutes (until fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork).
Take out of the oven and add chopped coriander and lime to taste.
Serve with activated cashew nuts and rice.
