Method
- Oil a roasting dish and add in the chicken breasts and bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook at 200C/180C fan for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the Bay’s Kitchen BBQ Sauce over the top and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Place back in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
- Serve with your favourite Low FODMAP sides.
